Before I give you the secrets, there are many MLMs out there that have successful people and they have all different products. It is imperative to have products that you believe in, products that produce results and products that people that are in demand in the marketplace, but that is not what makes you successful. Don't get stuck on the products.

That said, this article assumes that you are with an MLM that can create success: 

  1. One that has leadership with integrity, business experience and competence. 
  2. One that  has a solid pay plan, paying the part time person fairly and rewarding the BIG time player.
  3. One with products that work and are in demand and have mass appeal. 
  4. One with a system that works, and persuasive sales tools.

If any of the above 4 are not true, these steps to success will not work.  If all of the above are true, here are 3 secrets for finding guaranteed success in MLM

1.    Define Your Objective and Make it Reasonable:


$10,000/mo is pragmatic and achievable for anyone who is willing to commit and work hard

2.    Learn what it takes:

  • know what you have to do
  • know the system (don't reinvent the wheel)
  • know the skills that you need
  • learn and memorize what you have to do
  • learn the system
  • memorize the scripts
  • develop the attitudes
  • acquire the skills
  • know your “yes” ratio
  • what percent of the people you invite say "yes" to see the presentation (inviting skills)
  • what percent of the people who see your presentation say yes (persuasive tools)
  • the average is 10%, but if you are skilled, it should be 20-30%
  • keep honing your skills until you reach 20-30%
  • listen to training
  •  
    • with your FULL ATTENTION, not multi-tasking
    • taking notes

3.   Take massive action ~ apply what you have learned correctly and consistently on a daily basis

  •  It doesn't do you any good to learn what to do if you don't do it
  •  If you want to see results quickly, talking to only 2 people a day is NOT going to get you there
  •  You can't do this business when you have time and expect to have success...
  •  you have to MAKE TIME
  •  you have to be willing to sacrifice things in your life NOW - not your family, not God, but hobbies, recreation, habits, things that involve your time and money (examples? starbucks, cable tv, soda, youtube, surfing the internet, etc)
  • invest that time and money into your BUSINESS and watch it grow!
IF you are not seeing the results you desire, you need to analyze what you are doing and make changes.


If you need coaching ... find a mentor in your company.  But then you also need to be willing to STOP doing what isn't working and be COACHABLE.
