If you have tried to make money from home through the support of almost any company online, you probably have had to deal with autoships.  When a company offers autoships, they generally require that you receive them in order to also receive the greatest possible commissions, or even any commissions at all for that matter.  I have found that health and wellness products are typically the autoship of choice for most companies online.  However, autoships can quickly become a pain for the majority of affiliates, leading to frustration and failure.  

The problem with autoships is that affiliates are required to pay the company a set amount every month which entitles the affiliates to commissions, however, if only a few others are sponsored by any particular affiliate, the desired and expected income may never actually materialize.  When this happens to members in your team, or downline, you will find yourself quickly losing sponsored affiliates, as well as commissions.  This situation plays a big part in the high failure rate that we see today in the home business market.  To combat this scenario, there are some things that you can do to remain competitive and successful.  

Don't Join Companies That Require Autoships

Skip the opportunity to fail because of autoships altogether by joining companies that do not require you to have them.  Such companies do exist, and they exist to enable members to be successful without being dragged down by autoships.  Some companies will allow you to become an affiliate for free, and others will only charge a one time payment for a lifetime mebership.  Either way, you will not be hindered by autoship fees in some way or other.  These are smart moves by online companies because when the affiliates are successful, the company is also successful.  

Stay In Touch

If you do want to be part of a company that requires autoships, make sure that you stay in touch with your other team members, also known as your downline.  When you keep in contact with them, they will be much more likely to stay in contact with you, and remain in your downline.  Keep your team up to date on whatever is happening with you and the company you are involved in.  

Be A Mentor

This one is tough for a lot of people, but if you want to maintain a successful team, you are going to need to mentor them as much as you are able.  Be available during certain hours throughout the day to teach, train, and lend a helping hand wherever you are able.  When you help out those who are in need on a consistent basis, they will most likely stick with you through good times and bad.  Not only that, but you will also be spreading the mentor mentality along to your team which may then spread on down through the company.  

Be Rewarding

Everyone enjoys being rewarded for their achievements.  Try and reward your team members when you are able to do so.  You might want to hold a monthly contest of some kind, which you could use to donate new sign ups, cash, or other prizes.  At least be encouraging and share some praise and inspiration with them, especially when they make various accomplishments.  This will let them know that you care, and that you are always available to give them the help and support that they need.  

If you stick to companies that do not require autoships, or maintain a great relationship with your downline within companies that do require autoships, you will be much more likely to succeed in your online endeavors.  There will be no need to worry about autoships when you follow these keys to success, and you will also avoid the frustration and failure that has infected so many others online.
