Exercise - It's something that we all need.  We may not love to do it, or even think about doing it, but it does keep us in shape, as well as looking and feeling good.  Now, exercising once or twice may not be a big deal, but maintaining a consistent daily workout can be really challenging.  There are several things that you can do to ensure that you keep up with your daily workout, and your body will thank you for it.

Make your plans to workout.  Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today.  Nothing can be done about yesterday, or tomorrow.  Today is the day that you can change your life by exercising regularly.  Make your plans to begin today.

Find a workout that you enjoy.  Maybe you don't like running around town, or driving over to the gym, or even doing a boring workout at home, but there are all kinds of workouts that you can do.  I have seen results from Barry's Bootcamp, and Hip Hop Abs.  These are workouts that do not require weights, or a lot of boring activities.  These are exercises that will build muscle, burn fat, and leave you looking and feeling better in no time, and I'm sure that you can find others that may work for you as well.

Stay committed.  There are a lot of things in life that require commitment, and exercise is definitely one of those things.  Commitment is key.  You may be tired, you may have things to do, but just commit to spending at least 15 minutes a day on your workout.  It will make a difference.  The more you slack off, the more likely it is that you will forget the workout all together.  Make sure you remain committed, and your body will thank you for it.

Change it up.  A lot of people get bored with certain workouts after a period of time.  If this is you, it's okay.  Change your workout, try something else that interests you, but don't stop working.   Keep working out everyday, if possible.  Changing your workout is alright, as long as the change is not a halt on your workout.

Eat better.  We all eat foods that are not exactly healthy for us, and we like doing it for the most part.  You know better than anyone what things you eat.  You do not need to cut out everything that you eat on a weekly basis and get on a health food kick.  However, you may have to cut down a bit on the junk that you eat.  Fast food and sugar are two things that we consume on a daily basis that are not too good for our bodies.  Start by cutting down just a bit, like one or two days, and then go from there.  You will see much better results from your workout when you are not consuming a ton of sugar and fast food.
